Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders will be billed a $10.00 flat shipping rate and shipped via the most cost effective option. Depending on your proximity to our fulfillment center in Vermont, this means your order could arrive via USPS First Class or Priority mail, or UPS Ground. If you have any additional needs or restrictions, such as a preferred carrier or a request to expedite your order, please enter the necessary information in your order notes on the checkout page.

International Shipping:

All international orders will be billed a $25.00 flat shipping rate. In most cases, this should be sufficient, however we reserve the right to contact international customers should the cost of shipping exceed this amount. Customers in remote areas such as Australia, New Zealand, and Japan may wish to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure accurate shipping costs.


Bad Address Policy:

Occasionally, a package may be deemed undeliverable. In these instances, the problem is typically a bad address due to either missing information such as apartment, floor, or suite number, or a typographical error. For any package that is returned to our fulfillment center as a result of being deemed undeliverable, the customer will have the option of either correcting the error and paying to have the package reshipped, or cancelling the order entirely. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given with no restocking fee incurred.


Return Policy:

You may return any orders within 30 days of shipment of goods, provided your merchandise is in brand new condition. Specifically, this means all apparel must be unworn, and all vinyl records must be unopened and in the original shrink wrap packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of digital downloads due to the nature of the product.

To initiate a return, simply send an Email to info@stagedesign.group within 30 days of the shipment of your order. Once your return request has been approved, you’ll be asked to ship your order back to our fulfillment center. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Goods that are returned in opened or used condition will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee plus an additional 35% used-goods fee. Alternatively, goods that are returned in opened or used condition can be shipped back to the customer for the cost of additional shipping. If your return falls into this category, we will get in touch via Email to determine your preferred resolution.
